Week 10 - Concept and Techniques: Gradient Spaghetti and Effect Meatballs:

Yet another Italian dish to work on inside illustrator; spaghetti and meatballs (even though meatballs are a Swedish product and not Italian). This is where I get to primarily use the gradient tool, where it's possible to have a bland of multiple colors and turn it into one swatch. This would make the spaghetti look realistic when including the orange as the borders. The tablecloth was done by making multiple squares and transforming it into one swatch, then using a large rectangle as the cloth to go underneath the bowl. This was simple and fun to make, it was as enjoyable to make as it would be to eat the real thing.
